  • If using a coupon, click on ‘Redeem Coupon’ box.
  • Choose your preferred payment.
  • Review booking; click confirmation.

All room hire includes – 

  • Full room setup as required.
  • Use of 75″ display TV, Whiteboards.
  • Wi-Fi on request.
  • Tea/Coffee/Biscuits.
  • Kitchenette with filtered water.

Our standard hours are :

8.00am – 5.00pm – Weekdays

6.00pm – 9.00pm – Evenings

Weekends – Discuss with conference team member.

Meetings may be possible outside of our scheduled times by special arrangement, but extra fees will apply.  Please discuss your needs with our conference team member.

The Boardroom is located in Beenleigh City Centre, only minutes from the Beenleigh railway station and bus stops.

We offer onsite free parking spaces for up to two hours as well as roadside parking.
